We solve this through a dual-material co-moulding process. The rear plate is 100% rigid optical polycarbonate, an inherently UV-inert resin with zero quinoid formation. The flexible shock-absorbing perimeter uses aliphatic TPU blended with 1.8% Tinuvin UV absorber and hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS). Additionally, the magnetic ring is visible as a clean white or dark circle on the back. It cannot be made invisible while maintaining 11.2 N retention force.
