We do not mould with recycled regrind plastics. The UltraSlim chassis is injection-moulded entirely from virgin optical-grade polycarbonate pellets with zero added calcium fillers. It does not soften under continuous 45°C thermal exhaust during rapid wireless battery charging, and it will not warp when exposed to direct summer vehicle dashboards.
The exterior finish is treated with a dual-pass electrostatic spray coat: a base adhesion primer followed by an oleophobic matte polyurethane micro-texture.
