We mould using two-part liquid silicone rubber (LSR) cured under high-pressure platinum catalysis. The molecular matrix produces an inert, non-porous exterior that naturally repels lint and resists skin oil softening.
Beneath the 1.2 mm outer silicone layer sits an injection-moulded polycarbonate skeletal cage. This rigid structure prevents the perimeter from flexing loose over time, maintaining a continuous 1.4 mm screen elevation lip even during lateral twisting forces.
Microfiber fleece backing prevents backplate pitting
The most common failure mode of unlined phone cases is grit entrapment. Fine quartz dust enters through speaker ports, sits between the phone’s glass back and the case, and acts as sandpaper during daily pocket vibration, leaving permanent frosting scratches.
