ArmorPro dual-layer TPU and polycarbonate impact shell
Engineered dual-shot architecture combining an 85A Shore durometer thermoplastic polyurethane shock absorber with a rigid aerospace-grade polycarbonate structural exoskeleton.
Structural dual-injection engineering
The ArmorPro case addresses the chief failure mode in heavy-duty phone protection: corner delamination under shear force. A single-piece hard shell transfers impact energy directly to the glass back of the phone, while a soft silicone case peels off during angled drops.
ArmorPro prevents this through direct chemical co-molding. The inner 85A TPU core absorbs and distributes kinetic energy across internal hexagonal dissipation cavities, while the rigid polycarbonate exoskeleton halts torsional twisting and shields the device frame against penetration damage.

Precision tolerances and button mechanics
Molded plastic button nubs feel mushy and degrade switch feedback over time. ArmorPro incorporates independent CNC machined aluminium button caps.
Port and acoustic channel tolerances
Cheap protective cases often pinch microphone ports or obstruct wide charging plugs. The ArmorPro USB-C port cutout measures 14.8 mm × 8.2 mm with 0.8 mm corner radiuses, accommodating bulky high-wattage braided cables without binding.
Acoustic speaker ports are forward-channeled: speaker output is redirected toward the front user axis rather than venting out the bottom edge, preserving sound projection while preventing palm muffling during horizontal handling.
