CameraGuard alloy bezel rings isolate smartphone camera lenses from direct impacts
CNC-milled 6063-T6 aerospace aluminum alloy perimeter rings with individual synthetic sapphire crystal lenses. Eliminates camera lens shattering and abrasion scratches without causing flash glare or optical lens flare.
Verified in Chicago by Alina Koval, Procurement Manager. Pricing basis ranges from $15 to $30 per set, driven by device camera count (dual, triple, or quad cluster layouts), matte black or gunmetal anodisation depth, and batch volume.
Alloy plateau tolerances and zero flash bleed
Smartphone camera bumps protrude up to 2.4 mm from the rear glass. CameraGuard wraps each individual camera barrel in a reinforced metal ring with internal anti-reflective baffles.
Independent isolation ring architecture
Single-slab camera protector plates bridge all camera lenses under one giant piece of cheap glass. When the LED flash fires, illumination travels through that glass sheet, washing out photos with milky white glare.
CameraGuard replaces slab glass with independent anodised alloy rings. Each lens gets its own collar with a black matte interior light trap. The camera flash and LiDAR sensors remain completely unobstructed, maintaining pristine night photography contrast and autofocus speeds.

Case cut-out clearance and installation
Each ring measures exactly 0.25 mm less than the standard rear camera hole cutouts used in OnlyCases shells and major third-party cases. The installation jig included with every batch aligns all rings simultaneously onto the phone backplate within 5 seconds.
Alina Koval verified procurement process
Commercial orders ship from our Chicago facility at 400 South LaSalle Street. Verified batch documentation accompanies every shipment.
Model selection & anodised finish choice
Select your target smartphone models and colour finishes (Matte Basalt, Gunmetal Grey, or Deep Emerald) and specify order quantity.
Dimensional verification & quality check
Alina Koval verifies the adhesive freshness and optical sapphire clarity under bench illumination in our Chicago facility.
Commercial invoicing and dispatch
Orders invoiced at verified non-binding catalog rates ($15–$30/set). Dispatched same-day for in-stock sets, or 1–3 business days for batched fleet orders.
Buyer objections and constraints
Will the rings peel off when putting the phone in a tight pocket?
No. We use die-cut 3M 9448A industrial pressure-sensitive adhesive. The chamfered exterior bevel prevents fabric threads from catching on the ring lip during pocket insertion.
Can I remove the rings without scratching the phone camera housing?
Yes. The kit includes a nylon pry tool that releases the acrylic bond cleanly without leaving adhesive residue or marring the original smartphone anodisation.
Who is this accessory not for?
Users whose protective cases feature built-in mechanical sliding lens doors. Sliding case doors require flush clearance and will bind against any raised camera ring.
